Florida Is Home 🌴
I grew up in South Florida, spent nearly two decades living in Pennsylvania, and made my own move back to Florida, settling in Tampa Bay in 2019.
That experience is one reason I especially enjoy helping people relocate. There's a big difference between finding someone a house and helping them figure out where their life is going to happen. Neighborhoods, commute, lifestyle, schools, restaurants, traffic, insurance, and all the things you don't learn from scrolling through listings matter too.
How I Do Real Estate
I don't believe every client needs the same plan. Some people know exactly what they want. Others show up with 47 questions, three possible neighborhoods, two completely different ideas of what they want, and a Pinterest board that's gone rogue. 😂 Both are welcome.
My approach is simple: listen first, build a plan, communicate, and adjust when life inevitably throws something weird at us.
